Born in Pitt Gas, Pennsylvania, on February 26, 1941, Ethel was the daughter of the late Paul and Mary (Kozub) Terembes.
Ethel graduated from Jefferson Morgan High School in Pennsylvania. She attended Waynesburg College in Pennsylvania, Stanton Island University in New York and Toledo University in Ohio. Ethel was employed as an English Teacher in Italy and as a bookkeeper for Emergency Medical Services in Toledo as well as holding a bookkeeper position in several states throughout the years. Ethel and her husband moved from Toledo to Tappan Lake in 1990. She is catholic by faith. Most important in Ethel’s life was her family.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Ted Fazzari, whom she married on September 1, 1962; her children Tanja Fazzari (James O’Dell) of Columbus, Todd (Sheri) Fazzari of Dayton and Tara Fazzari (Joe Pepper) of Seattle, Washington; her siblings George (Peggy) Terembes of Canton and Arlene Lewis of Columbus; 3 grandchildren Connor and Jenna Fazzari and Tre Pepper, also numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Ethel is preceded in death by 5 sisters and 3 brothers.
Funeral services for Ethel will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2013 at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc. at Uhrichsville, with the Father Anthony Lonzo officiating.
Calling hours will be from 1 to 3 p.m., (two hours prior to services) on Monday, December 16, 2013 at the funeral home.
