She was born June 16, 1923 in Hazelton, Pennsylvania and was the daughter of the late John and Antoinette "Tessie" Marcinkus Chupailo. She was preceded in death by her husband Peter V. Filoreto, who died Nov. 20, 2003. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers.
Frances was primarily a homemaker. She was a member of the former Assumption Catholic Church, now the Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church at Grafton, O. She loved to plant and harvest her garden, which always included a wide array of flowers. She enjoyed playing both the piano and organ, and also found time to create crafts and do some traveling. Always a very positive person, Frances never failed to see the beauty in all creation.
