The Ohio & Erie Canalway is calling all volunteers.
 
Director of Projects Sue Reid says a grant was recently received to further develop the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail from Zoar to Zoarville and says volunteers are needed to help prepare the site for future construction.
 
Reid says two meetings are being held this Saturday to organize volunteers and says one meeting is being held at the Tuscarawas County YMCA at 10 am.  She says the second meeting is being held at the Zoar School House at 10 am.


 
Reid says anyone wishing to volunteer in any capacity is urged to attend.
 

 
Reid says a third meeting is being held at the Zoar School House next Thursday, February 2^nd at 5:30 pm for those unable to attend Saturday’s meetings.  She says if you’re unable to attend any of the meetings, you can always call the Canalway for more information.
