A Tuscarawas County resident for the past decade, Beulah had previously lived in the Canton area for many years where she was a longtime employee of Canton Sportswear until her retirement. While living in Canton, she was a member of the Arlington Street Church of God. She was an accomplished seamstress who enjoyed sewing and quilting in her spare time.
In October of 1943, Beulah married Fred Patrick with whom she enjoyed nearly 47 years of marriage until his passing in February of 1990. They are survived by two daughters, Betty (Ernie) Porco and Freida McLane of Uhrichsville; five grandchildren, Bob (Lisa) Alsept, Eric Alsept, Denise (Roger) Ellison, Robyn (Chris) Anderson and Nikki Atkins; 8 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson. Beulah is also survived by a sister, Bea Hamilton of Beckley, W. Va. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son-in-law, William McLane; brothers, William and Manuel Wykle; and sisters, Evelina Jensen and Mabel Murdock.
Services for Beulah, officiated by the Pastor Webb Parsons, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 1, in the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Interment will follow beside her beloved husband in New Cumberland Cemetery in Warren Twp., Tuscarawas County. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday.
