ELIGIBILITY:
Must be 18 years old to enter. Employees of WTUZ Radio Inc., employees of other radio stations, affiliated agencies, participating sponsors or promotional partners,and members of their immediate household are ineligible to participate or win. Listeners are eligible to win a WTUZ contest once every 30 days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600 or more once every six months.
PRIZES:
- All prizes and certificates may be picked up at the office of WTUZ Radio Inc., 2424 East High Ave., New Philadelphia, OH 44663. Any prize or prize certificates not claimed within thirty days of winning may be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, WTUZ is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate. WTUZ may substitute prizes at any time. Contest conditions may change at the discretion of WTUZ.
- Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. Selection of Winners: Decisions of the station management with respect to the contest are final. In some contests winner need not listen or be present to win. Winner will be chosen from the entries received by the staff and management of WTUZ Radio Inc.
CONDITIONS:
- Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS form 1099 or the Equivalent.
- By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and may be required to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of this prize.
- Contest winners may be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued at $600 or more. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold WTUZ, and any sponsors of the contest, its corporate licensee and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest. WTUZ and sponsors of a contest reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the contest which will become effective upon the announcement. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification.
