Richard F. Warden, 87, of Coshocton died Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital. He was born September 5, 1926 in North Salem, O. to the late Ray and Sylvia (Baker) Warden.
He retired from Heller Tool Co. after 33 years and drove for Ames Trucking for 17 years. He enjoyed fishing and wood working, and spending time on the C B radio with the handle "Blue Moon". He was an avid Indians fan. He loved spending time with his family, and reminiscing about the old days and current events. On November 19, 1948, he married Kathryn J. (Kimble) Warden, who died on November 18, 2008.
He is survived by his daughter; Karen Mullinnex and her husband Jim of Coshocton; his grandchildren, Lindy Ankrum and her husband Brian, Angela McConnell and her husband Steve; seven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; two brothers, Willard Warden and wife Rose, and Gerald Warden and wife Willie Mae all of Kimbolton; sister-in-law, Mildred Warden of Cambridge.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Warden, and an infant brother, Harold.
Graveside services will be Friday, October 4, 2013 at 1:00 PM at North Salem Community Chapel, Kimbolton. Pastor Cal Searles will officiate. Online condolences may be made at www.addyfuneralhome.com
