Reva M. King

Reva M. King, 85, of Bolivar, died Thursday, November 28, 2013 at 5:15 PM in Hennis Care Centre at Bolivar following a period of declining health.  Born July 17, 1928 in Clay, West Virginia she was a daughter of the late Patrick and Lenna (Holcomb) Mullins. 
She was a homemaker and graduated in 1948 from Clay County High School in West Virginia.  Reva enjoyed sewing, ceramics and shopping. 
She was preceded in death by her husband L. Kermit King on August 22, 2002. 
She is survived by 3 sisters Wilma Fitzwater of Lizemores, West Virginia, Ina Bailey of Massillon and Doris Moore of Louisville; a special nephew Michael Koch and wife Diann of Bolivar, a special niece Diana Dougan of Bolivar and numerous other nieces and nephews.  The family would like to extend a special thank you to Hennis Care Centre at Bolivar and Aultman Hospice. 
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 2 brothers Russell Mullins and Recil Mullins and 2 sisters Quilla Jeffers and Mary Ruth Koch. 
Funeral services will be held Tuesday December 3, 2013 at 1:00 PM in the Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home at 154 Main St. Clay, West Virginia where the family will receive friends 2 hours prior to services.  Burial will follow in Mullins Family Cemetery in Maysel, W.Va.  Local calling hours will be held Sunday from 1 to 3 PM in the Lebold-Smith Funeral Home at 248 Park Ave. Bolivar, Ohio.  For those unable to attend please visit the funeral home's web site to share a memory and sign the guest register.
